Combining this effective model with a healthy dose of extracurricular activities, in conjunction with a variety of self-care practices like yoga, breathwork, massage, and meditation, sets clients up for success, moving forward. The majority of our staff is in drug and alcohol recovery as well, and we’ve found that a healthy and balanced life, along with program maintenance through the twelve steps, is the key to long-term sobriety.
