Bliss Recovery

I will say there are some good staff there. However, some staff member(s) lost my phone and multiple other personal item, in addition, I had the worst detox from alcohol at Bliss by being given a medication that has had no efficacy on me in the past, and informed all medical staff of that. I made contact with all levels of management, as well as the owner about replacement of my personal belonging they lost or misplaced while in their custody. I then got a response from the owner, Gary, saying he would replace those missing items, only then to be ghosted. There are higher level staff here who are unprofessional, and frankly just not good at their job from what I witnessed in my two weeks there. If you’re looking g for true help for you or a loved one suffering, I would advise you to look elsewhere. Furthermore, I had an MRI scheduled that all staff knew about before my arrival even, but wasn’t taken to it. I was told this wouldn’t be a problem, and when the nurse asked why I didn’t make it to my MRI (I was sitting in the office across from the director). My simple reply was they didn’t take me, then she asked me why, and for that I had no answer. Trust me don’t send your loved ones here. They would greatly benefit going elsewhere for their detox/medical care/recovery needs. Trust me.

From the moment I contacted Bliss. The owner Gary answered the call. I explained to him my circumstances. Chronic relapses to fentanyl. Over 9 years of using and not being able to get it right or help myself. Within a few minutes I was connected to the director Tim and they had a room for me. Tim made the transition as seamless as possible. Everyday there at Bliss recovery was implemented from the day you get there. Nurses, Doctors, Therapists, sound baths, the gym, hikes, groups, meetings outside of bliss I could go on and on about the resources that are provided but truly it’s the people that work there from ownership all the way down the line. Bliss gave me another opportunity at life. One that I couldn't see or comprehend for myself. If anyone is out there truly seeking help and even if you’ve tried a million times and haven’t been able to get over the hump give yourself one more chance and see if these guys can help…. Thank you Gary, Rich, Edgar, Tim, Gabi and the rest of the crew you guys are doing work that no one could ever put a price tag on…. Thank you Bliss

Good spot. Staff are incredible they make sure you have everything you need and are well cared for. From the over night staff, to the chef all the way up to the owners everyone’s in it for the right reasons. Good people. Good place to go if you’re serious about getting clean. Also the food is ridiculous, Chef Tony is on another level of talented. I’ll never stop missing those fresh smoothies every morning.

This luxury rehab is the only place that has actually helped me with my recovery from meth and alcohol addiction. Not only was it in a sick location in Hollywood Hills, but it had all the luxurious amenities from a private chef, nice gym, popular hiking trails, to amazing views of the Hollywood sign, Hollywood Lake, and Downtown Los Angeles. I honestly never thought I could afford to stay in a luxury rehab like this, but never say never! The staff and owners were there to support every step of the way, from the detox to the therapies, you can tell they really care! Thanks Bliss fam for everything.

I have been through just about every recovery center in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Long Beach twice. Bliss is by far the most accommodating and efficient recovery center I have experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this place a try if you are experiencing addiction issues of any sort.
