La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center

If you are in the LGBTQ+ family and are looking for a place to feel safe and get sober, make La Fuente your first choice. The therapists and techs here are kind and professional people whose priority is their clients health and sobriety. I came here from Seattle thinking that I would do 30 days and return home. I ended up completing the 3 month program and moving to LA. The sober community here is beautiful and La Fuente does a wonderful of acclimating you to it. If you're a parent, partner or a friend who is worried about a loved one. Know that they will be safe and loved in this space.

My personal experience at La Fuente was excellent. I'm very pleased that I chose an LGBTQ+ affirming treatment center where I could feel comfortable and safe. My alcoholism was but a symptom to many other issues. La Fuente helped a great deal in addressing those issues. I really enjoyed the small setting of having only 5 or 6 clients. I felt listened to and respected throughout my stay. The strong clinical staff and other groups and therapies were very beneficial. Today I love myself today like never before. I'm so grateful!

I recommend La Fuente to anyone that wants to get sober and create a strong foundation for a lasting recovery. For me, receiving treatment here was one of the best decisions I could have made. I felt like the whole staff, from admissions to clinicians to techs, were passionate about what they do and truly cared about creating a safe and nurturing space for me to heal and learn about myself and sobriety. It wasn’t always sunshine and roses, but I always felt safe and that was key for me at the beginning of my recovery. Aside from the people, the house is clean and the property is peaceful (especially at night). The programming is thoughtful and engaging. It was also a huge plus that the staff and clients are all LGBTQ+—I was always able to find someone I could relate to or who had been through what I was experiencing. It also helps that La Fuente introduces you to the recovery community in Hollywood. They really set you up for success if you listen to the recommendations and stay willing. 10/10 recommend La Fuente to anyone who needs it!

La Fuente is the magical place that provided a safe environment to begin my healing and recovery. Everyone from admissions to the therapists and techs went above and beyond to address all client’s needs and meet us where we’re at. It is important to note that the entire team is apart of the LGBTQIA+ community which shows just how dedicated they are to providing a connected, thoughtful approach to their program. If you're LGBTQ+ and struggling with addiction, La Fuente Treatment Center should absolutely be the first place on your list that you consider. I will be forever grateful to La Fuente and its entire staff for helping me with my drug addiction + alcoholism. The clinical staff and therapists helped me to better understand the underlying issues that led me to use and abuse substances. As a gay man, I wanted to find a treatment center where I could comfortably be myself without judgment -- a place where I'd be among others like me within the LGBTQ community. Shockingly, there are very few treatment centers in the country like this. First, the entire staff at La Fuente (who are also all LGBTQ+) are beyond amazing - kind, caring, insightful, helpful, patient, loving, supportive, and inspirational. They made me feel loved until I could learn to love myself again. Second, given that La Fuente only takes a maximum of 10 clients at a time (and it's usually under 10 clients while you're there), it makes for a much more intimate experience (unlike other treatment centers where you simply become a number). Third, La Fuente is very welcoming, clean and comfortable (I ended up having my own room for the majority of my stay). Honestly, it is such a magical and special place. I loved it so much that I stayed for a full 90 days because they made me feel safe and seen. Again, if you're LGBTQ and struggling and looking for help, start here! I'm close to 6 months sober today and feel like I finally have my life back and I owe it all to La Fuente, its program and their entire staff.
