My experience at NRC was above my expectations. All staff and mentors were very hands on and involved. They took to time to understand my personal needs and used the correct approach on helping me through my recovery. I also think the house environment and the fact that they are at the most only a six client house allowed them to be a lot more involved and personal with me. Not only did they do everything they could to help with my recovery but they also allowed me to have and do certain comforts that helped me through this. Over all considering the reason I was here the staff and faculty made it a good experience for me . I also want to give a lot of credit to one employee named Tom . Everyday he is here he goes above and beyond for the needs of every client and i appreciate him for that . Just wanted to say that but not to take away from any other employee they all show the same qualities. So hands down I give NRC 5 out of 5 stars

I'm almost speechless to be able to put into words my experience here at NRC. I came in frightened, worried about my mental health, the level of care, safety & of course my recovery. Ryan & Eric never gave up on me. The staff has basically become my family since my time here. The level of care was beyond my wildest dreams. Being dual diagnosed can be extremely difficult but they provided me with amazing medical professionals & truly cater to each individual & what's best for them. It's almost turn key. My life has forever changed, this has been the best decision I've ever made for my daughter, myself & others. I want to thank God for NRC, the tremendous staff. If you or a loved one is ever struggling w/mental health or addiction, Northridge Recovery is honestly one of the best. Can't wait to write my new story! xoxo AL

I was sent here needing help with my mental health. Every staff member has treated me with respect and they treat you like a human compared to any psychiatric hospital. With my short stay of 32 days, they have helped me manage my medications and I started my healing journey with their caring and compassionate therapists. I highly recommend NRC to anyone that is struggling with alcohol, addiction, and mental health.

I CANNOT say enough amazing things about Northridge Recovery Center (NRC). I have been to treatment two other times in the past 8 years, and NRC exceeded both facilities in every way. I showed up to NRC a complete mess. I don't even know how I managed to get into the door. From the intake coordination with Chris, Jeff, and Eric and throughout my 33 day stay, I have never experienced something so wonderful. The house has 6 clients (at the most), and this allows all clients to receive truly individualized care. I have a gluten allergy, and they made sure all food was gluten-free!! From the moment I walked in the door (with Libby's assistance), I knew I was in the right place. Each staff member (Libby, Josh, Katilyn, Tom, Brady, Zach, Joe, and Emily) were amazing to work with and crucial in this life changing experience. The group facilitators that were brought in were also truly an incredible group of people. It is obvious that the team at NRC truly cares about each of their clients, and their individual recovery. They say you can have fun sober, but NRC SHOWS you this with the Saturday outings. The genuine support, guidance, and care that was provided was truly exceptional. I am forever grateful for my stay at NRC and everyone who helped me on my journey. I have a new outlook on life, and I know it's going to be a good one! See you in Cali!!! -Kateleigh

Highly recommend to anyone trying to find sobriety. The staff was amazing and super helpful! Shout out to NRC's case manger for handling business and staying on top of everything! NRC really puts the time and effort into everyone that comes in. Their focus is to see you succeed into sobriety! Amazing in person group study's with people who really focus on you. They take you to AA meetings and really you get to see the support that comes with it in that community. Every weekend they take you to and outing so get to see the beautiful state of California and more! 5 stars all the way thank you to everyone in NRC!
