Pathways Recovery Center

This was my first time checking into a program and didn’t know what to expect and after to speaking with Madonna she assure this was the place for me and it really was. Theresa and all the staff are amazing from my counselor to my therapist and Dr. Mosses. As a combat veteran dealing with substance abuse for over 15 years this place definitely save my life. I highly recommend anyone dealing with anything this is the right place and you won’t regret it. I’m so thankful I got to experience this new journey and made some great friends that are like my brothers. I learn so much about myself and the triggers that to avoid any relapse. We go to outings on Saturday and have a blast being sober. We attend many AA/NA/Smart recovery programs and have to find which one is best for you. They also have this wonderful dog name Recovery that also became my family. Thank you Pathways Recovery ❤️‍🩹. I am now 30 days sober and will continue with my head on my shoulders moving forward.

I had the pleasure of touring Pathways Recovery Center, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with warmth and professionalism. It was a struggle for me, I came to pathways broken, and would rather have died then lived, I’ve been addicted to substances for 25+ years and been in and out of institutions since the age of twelve. I’m a meth addict (or whatever I can put into a need), and an alcoholic. I also struggle with Bipolar Disorder and manic depressive compulsive disorder and oppositional defiance. From the moment I walked into the doors I was welcomed, shown unconditional love and guided through My addictive thinking and behaviour. Which was apparent to everyone but myself. I did not know how to live clean and sober and did not even know how to be, what I thought, a man. Through the love and guidance of the pathways staff, counsellor’s and therapists I was guided into a life of recovery. I was shown my strengths and abilities, given tools through CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), intense group therapies and discussions. worked one on one with staff, counsellors, therapists and a psychiatrist. I’ve been clean now for five months, through these five months I’ve been shown my strengths and addressed my character defects. I’ve gained knowledge and insight in how to improve myself, live clean and work a recovery program. I have a frontal lobe TBI (traumatic brain injury) the counsellors and therapist guided me In cognitive development, and how to live clean and sober even with this disability (They have shown me that I am a man, and I’m not defined by my past, or my ability to work). I recommend this program to anyone who has given up on life and on themselves. Anyone who struggles with addiction, incarceration, and mental illness's, they will work with you and guide you through your struggles. And assist you in living a clean and sober life!

This was a great place to start my recovery journey. They provide a very comfortable detox experience and all the staff are amazing. There’s a pool, fire pit, gym, art space, and gourmet meals from a chef. There is no better place to get sober. It was nice to take a pause on life and get back on track, I am now going on 3 months sober which is the most successful I’ve ever been after rehab. I am very grateful for this place.

Pathways literally gave me my life back, I’ve been on MAT services for two years Methadone for one and Bup for two, I was never ever ever able to do it cold Turkey, I had the worst side effects with the medication, sick everyday, angry/mad/sad/irritated the whole 9 but I came out on faith to pathways and I am soooo thankful I took the time to reach out and seek help. It may not be much but I am 18 days sober from everything and it wouldnt have happened without the great staff and team they have there today. They really care about their patients and want to see them succeed. I’m going to do great things I promise you that!! Everything was not easy you definitely have to put in the work in order to stay sober but there are options! Oh & the chiefs? Yeah thank you for the food I miss you guys too 😂 ❤️❤️❤️🫶
