Profound Treatment

I'll try to describe in words what this place has done for me. The people are so amazing the groups are fantastic! I got to be vulnerable and I felt like I was actually seen and heard. It had been awhile since Ive felt that way. I was so comfortable and I felt safe. Douglas, Jesse ,Camille, Vanessa and Dianna were always so welcoming and friendly. The people at profound left such an impact. I'll remember that forever. It was brief but I made quite a family there.

where do I even start, I was down I was lost and I was in a really bad place, I needed rehab and I did not know anything about these type of facilities but I think everything happens for a reason and some way somehow a Google search led me to profound, 4 hours after making my initial call I was boarding a flight from San Jose to LAX. this program here is one of the best even though I know nothing about these programs, the people here are the most amazing well-trained staff ever! the food excellent, the chefs are phenomenal, I really think profound is doing the work of our higher power, I got my life back through all of their teachings, their patience and willingness to help individuals get on track and get sober again! thank you profound, thank you so much for helping me see clearly, my eyes are wide open and I'm so excited for life again! I feel like I am forever in debt for the priceless help I received at this treatment center! choose profound, you will be choosing to get your life back!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Profound. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care from the entire staff. They treated me like a person.. not a problem and made me feel safe, supported, and seen, even on my worst days. There were moments when I was really struggling, both emotionally and mentally, and the staff never gave up on me. They showed up with patience, empathy, and encouragement when I needed it the most. Whether it was a therapist helping me process my pain, a tech checking in with a kind word, or a group session that sparked a breakthrough, I always felt held. Profound doesn’t just treat addiction, it helps you reconnect with yourself. The program is structured, thoughtful, and truly designed to support healing and long-term recovery. They gave me tools, insight, and hope.. things I had lost before walking through their doors. They also welcomed my dog with open arms and treated her with just as much care and love as they gave to the clients. It meant the world to me to see her safe, happy, and included throughout the process. I’m so grateful for my time at Profound. It changed my life.

Profound has been such an amazing experience for me. The staff there truly, truly care about every client. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to succeed while there and after. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs help. Every staff member has been where I was and can truly relate which makes this place such an amazing place to look for help. Just make the call if you’re thinking about it. You won’t regret it! From the first phone call they went above and beyond to help make sure I had what I needed to get on that plane and once I arrived they have provided for my every want and need. Profound has changed my life in the best way possible. The staff not only were very considerate and supportive, they listen to you and are total sweethearts. I want to give a special shoutout to Nurse Chris for advocating for me and my medical needs whenever he can. Case Manager Josh for getting the job done with my aftercare and always giving exceptional advice. And Helena and Nick for always having my back. I’ve had such a wonderful experience here. From the food, the groups, the facilitators, Katie and Camille, I would highly recommend this treatment facility and give it 10 stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
